How to find peace amidst the chaos when you desire peace but have no choice- inner peace
or in other words, how to have peace amid chaos
One word for the solution to have peace amidst the chaos is purpose.
When there is no option to have peace because of those around us, we can feel we will never move forward in the situation.
In this post I will be explaining this further
This is to help you if you live in a toxic environment.
The main reason why you feel you cannot have peace- (How to find peace)
When you are going through a difficult time, you may feel like you do not have peace.
This is because you think you cannot escape the situation or someone is trying to stop you.
an affordable bible which I always recommend, is :
My advice if you can- How to find peace/calmness/serenity
A piece of advice is if you are in an environment that is affecting you and you have a choice to leave, leave and stay away
from people who are trying to affect your peace

Why you should if you have a choice- How to have peace
If you desire a healthy life, spending time with others who are negative has the potential to increase the risk of trauma
because of the disappointments you can experience from these people
and also has the potential to affect your confidence
by making you not believe in yourself and eventually you can start being in a state of depression
where your thoughts come from the thoughts of others
In an environment that doesn’t appear peaceful- How to find peace amidst the chaos
The fact is if you are in an environment where arguments occur or you observe others shouting and expressing negative
comments to each other, then there is a possibly they prefer instead focusing on the negative
you can be vulnerable or, in other words, open to them.
What is the point of fighting?- How to find peace admist the chaos
Why is there an environment in which others focus on hurting each other through words or in other ways rather than focusing on what is positive
One main reason could be anxiety; they distract themselves from themselves because this is a way of
processing the present moment, but it’s a continuous cycle in which fighting helps the other person feel they are getting somewhere
if those around you decide to find peace, they can find it hard to live with themselves, putting them in a state of panic.
But what if it was a permanent decision? This post is also directed to people who focus on other people.
When part of your upbringing was focused on other people fighting, and you were involved, this could be what you are used to
The word for this post is the opportunity to move forward, this is what will encourage you to seek peace amidst the chaos

Spotting a life with no peace can be difficult.
Sometimes, you are unable to identify if you don’t have peace because this is what you grew up with and never found faults in.
You never found faults in it as you’ve seen yourself becoming successful, and others see no problem with your environment,
are you the problem if you are the only person identifying a problem?
Ask yourself why you once became successful or could move forward whilst in the environment.
The most common reason why you became successful is you believed in yourself when nobody did
Maybe you had parents who told you you could accomplish everything. Did their actions prove the same, or
did they show anxiety? and as a result, fighting was the way to have control, or they tried to have
control over your life, even if you acknowledged you had it under control
Maybe you wanted to tell your parents how your day went, but they weren’t there, or they rejected how you felt,
and then when you decide to spend time with yourself, they choose to distract you from yourself, and it is not really about you but about them
Evident of a life with no peace
If you are reading this and you desire peace, then it’s evident you care about yourself and your future
As I mentioned previously, being in a hostile environment can increase the risk of disappointment and depression
Even with your success, you could have had someone trying to stop you, which is evident in a life with no peace-
when you are unable to process everything without any distractions, it is evident of a life with no peace
When you are around people who act like everything is ok, you can neglect yourself and listen to those around you
As a result, this can make you neglect yourself long term until you acknowledge the experience, which is the solution I share later in this post
A life with no peace is when you cannot become one with yourself without someone trying to intrude and distract you from your growth
But can you grow amidst the chaos?
Yes, you can, and becoming successful in your environment shows, and I will show you through the solution I share
A perspective of peace
A way to think of peace is the ability to meditate without distractions and thoughts arising, making you feel negative about yourself or others
or the ability to lie down at the beach and not feel like someone is trying to take your shade and wanting to get in the way of your relaxation

A peaceful place
Your environment may not seem peaceful, but there are physical actions you can take to block out the noise
There are biblical resources you can purchase to study the bible and strengthen your relationship with God
Listening to music can also be beneficial temporarily; music you feel you can relate to and feel not alone
Favourite song that I would recommend is Through the rain by mariah carey
If your response is fighting- Think about this- How to find peace
For those who find it hard not to fight to respond to their situations, think about how, in the beginning
you were able to look in the mirror, but through your experiences, it was hard to look
because it reminded you of previous situations you have been in
it can be hard to look at yourself in the mirror after facing people, but it gets easier once you keep doing it
A quote for finding inner peace in chaos is “Your inner peace is the greatest and most valuable treasure that you can discover.
When you have peace- How to find peace
When you have peace, there is no one distracting you, and your thoughts will not continuously be focused on another person
but rather how you feel and how you will make yourself grow
For those who try to involve you, the main effect stated- inner peace
if you are still in the environment and those around you try to involve you
the future result is you can start to no longer desire to have a change in your life
This is because you are adopting certain beliefs being around the same people without realising
But if you choose not to engage, you may feel it is affecting you, but you are still staying with yourself
There is a difference between being involved and engaging.
What is the importance of peace and no peace?- How to find peace
Ask yourself what the importance of fighting and having arguments is and what the importance of peace is.
Sometimes fighting and having arguments is the way of having peace for other people, but in reality, it is a never
ending cycle of staying the same while peace is quiet and the ability to connect with yourself
When you can connect with yourself, you know what needs to change and what you need to focus on
It is easier to focus on what is important
Your needs are much more important than compensating for someone else’s needs to feel safer
because as a result, you will stay in the same situation

When you are in the midst of chaos- inner peace
Sometimes, someone fighting with you is a person peace to process what is going on and feel like they are healing a
part of themselves that needs healing
Once you are alone and you try to be with yourself, the only thing you will think about is the other person
In this post, I try to give a harsh truth to motivate you to find purpose in all your experiences
When you find purpose, nothing else matters than where you are going
I will be sharing my story with you, a painful story that involved me spending at least seven months processing the trauma I experienced
I experienced growth, and I desired change, but then an experience happened, and instead of not allowing it to affect me, I went into my shell
which is a regret, but this site is influenced to help you spot the mistake and not allow it to affect you in your journey
I hadn’t posted for a while because I laid everything down from this experience like what I achieved was nothing
and this is an example of what happens when you are in an environment that doesn’t appear to be peaceful, but you
in some way are involved in it because it was your choice to stay in it; you did not find any fault in it
or, in other words, acknowledge a fault because this was your way of feeling safer
which I later share in this post

One of my posts I will recommend to block all negative thoughts is How to focus on work- A toxic action you can take to get work done
About this post, if you believe in God and believe in the bible, then this is a great example I will share with you
In the times of Noah, everyone was fighting, and no one sought God, but Noah found favour in God
God decided to destroy the world but protect Noah and his family
it mentions Noah walked with God and, in some way, was not involved in the fighting that occurred
To walk with God, there is a potential to find or have peace, and once you find peace, your journey and everything makes sense
To be involved in the fighting means you do not desire peace, and as a result, you do not experience change
If you are reading this post and you have identified there is a way to get away, it shows how self-aware you have
Caring about your life and your health shows peace is a priority

But is there a way to have peace amidst the chaos when you have no choice?
Yes, firstly, what does it mean to have a purpose, and do those fighting one another focus on living their purpose?
Purpose is the reason why you are here and what you need to do while you are on earth
If you believe in God, Purpose is what God created for you that you need to do to bring some change in the world
Those involved in fighting do not see purpose because they see an experience continuously repeating
They can see themselves as part of others and have to share their
trauma with others rather than separate themselves and focus on achieving what is the most important
which is why you are here
With the story of Noah, which I shared earlier in the post- How to find peace
In the bible the question I ask myself is why did Noah and his family stayed on Earth, but everyone else was away from the flood
and the answer I get is Noah and his family were not involved in the wrong that was on the earth
while those who were doing wrong were together
so there was a separation from Noah and his family and the rest of the world because the rest of the world saw themselves together
or shared their trauma by fighting and having disagreements with each other
while Noah and his family were in the ark for protection

When you are in an environment of chaos, and there is no way to get out, you can feel like you can never find peace
because there is no option to move out, so your focus is mainly on the environment to feel safer
Getting involved will make you feel like your not vulnerable or open as a target for others
But this is the opposite
The solution is to separate yourself mentally from others, even if it feels impossible
The way to do that is to identify why you are here or
what are your desires and why it is essential to focus on it
The 2nd solution is you must physically separate yourself from others as well by not engaging in it
It can appear not easy to not engage in it because if you are involved, you will never be the target
One lesson I have learnt is whether you engage or not, it is better not to engage because you
have the potential to find confidence in yourself, and it is faster to find a way out.
Whether engaging or not, you will still be a target, but it’s faster to make changes in your life when you do not engage
If you are a Christian, having fear of God will take you to places you never expected
and engaging is showing you are afraid, and in some way not putting God first
The one way to engage in it is to acknowledge it is right even if in the beginning, you see it as wrong
when you engage, you are making yourself more vulnerable to experiencing disappointments from others
This is because it’s more of a chance of becoming a target
Your values and what you stand for are essential, and you must never forget why it is important
A value that will take you places is staying true to yourself because you will remain feeling connected with yourself
and from then, you will find peace; if you engage, you are sharing attitudes and similar behaviours of doing things
and as a result, you can lose touch with yourself
Once you leave, you may feel like your identity has been affected because you now see yourself as part of others.
For example, I will share my experience:
A recent experience I had was in an environment that I was forced to stay in
I sensed it was wrong, but those around me ignored that, and as a result, I ignored it, too
and saw it as not a problem but as normal. I could sense it was not normal, but I didn’t listen to how I felt
I involved myself with others
With this experience, I trusted someone to use my laptop to do work, not knowing they were still logged on my computer
I opened my documents while they were logged in, and they could open my documents on their device
They don’t respect my privacy and decided to follow my style of doing things, which
affected me, and that’s all I could see. I confronted them about it, and they said they didn’t do anything
but through the information they shared online, I already knew they knew some information about me
Even before I realised they were still logged in, I sensed this before I checked for myself
This stopped me from connecting to God and made me stop what I usually do
If I avoided my involvement in the chaos, I would still have myself and not go into a state of depression
and have no confidence in myself. This is a trauma that affected me

This is why to engage will allow you to join the chaos and instead of feeling separated
now you feel attached, and you think there is no way to get out
How did I heal from this?
It was hard to heal from it as I wasted 7 months in the same thought cycle
but one thing I am working on, and mastering is acknowledging myself
Because your trauma can make you stop acknowledging yourself and what you’ve been through
and see this as the only thing you have been through because,
in reality, it can feel like someone has taken a part of you
that you cannot get back
When it comes to having peace through the chaos, not engaging it and listening to yourself is very important
Because through listening to yourself, you can seperate from the chaos and through that, listening to God becomes easier
You can walk with God without feeling an intrusion
There are thoughts attached when you have experienced disappointments from others
and now you are part of the person because you can not separate yourself from the experience
Acknowledging what happened is important and seeing this as part of your story rather than your whole story helps
The reason why fighting is a cycle is because people see that as part of their story and no way to move forward
They do not see out of their situation, as I mentioned
and eventually, you see it the same, and now it feels like you are part of others and their disagreements, Now that’s all you see

What does it mean to acknowledge your experiences?
The definition by the Cambridge Dictionary to acknowledge is to accept, admit, or recognize something, or the truth or existence of something
To acknowledge your experience is to notice there is an issue, but it doesn’t define you
When you are in the midst of chaos, you may not recognise this is what you are going through
because you are not mirrored on how negative you perceive the experience
But if you stay true to yourself, eventually you will be proud that you have now got out of the experience
How to find purpose
In this post, I refer to finding purpose to finding the reason to wake up every day.
You may not know what you are meant to do on earth, but
the desire for change and your interests help you know your purpose
What do you want to change? What do you desire to achieve?
This could be having a healthy family; this could be sharing valuable information with others
which not only helps others but helps yourself
What is something you love to do and want to reach?
The most important treasure of finding why it is essential to follow your dreams is realising
God put you on this earth for a reason, and not fulfilling that reason is agreeing that
you were put on this earth not to move forward
But the hard reality is that we all will move forward,
whether that is for the best or for the detriment of ourselves.

Questions- How to remain calm in challenging situations
When you desire peace, you can try your best not to feel troubled; feeling untroubled is a desire for you
If you feel troubled, it can distract you from what is important, which can also make you react
a way you can remain calm is to recognise you are around other people
and if anything happens that you don’t expect, the most control you have is the way you respond
Something mostly happens that you don’t expect if you decide not to allow something to bother you
A poem by Sri Chinmoy I want to make you aware of: Peace we achieve when we do not expect
anything from the world. But only give, give, and give unconditionally what we have and what we are.
Inner peace
Inner peace is achievable even if most of your upbringing did not involve peace.
The solutions I give in this post help to encourage you to seek inner peace.
Inner peace is to feel free from any faults of yourself and others. To feel inner peace acknowledging your experience and why it is
important to achieve your goals is essential to moving forward
When you take your control and don’t internalise your experiences
This is when inner peace occurs
Compare inner peace to going to a beach and not questioning why you are experiencing the beach
but rather living in the moment
If thoughts arise to distract you, you acknowledge it and recognise that inner peace will always be a mile away.
An encouragement is inner peace is always a mile away, but you must notice it.
Summary- How to find peace
The solution to having peace through the chaos is to separate yourself mentally from the environment.
This is done by continuously reminding yourself why you are here, what your desires are, and why it is essential.
The other solution is not engaging in it; this is done by acknowledging that this is not right.
But acknowledging you are not right and not forcing your beliefs on others will
help you feel more connected with yourself because you are keeping it to yourself
rather than sharing with others who do not support it
If you follow both of these solutions, changing your environment becomes easier
The main rule of this post is to stay true to yourself; you will thank yourself later
I want to share an encouraging bible verse: The Lord gives strength to his people and blesses his people with peace.- Psalm 29:11
I hope this helped; if you have any questions or if this helps you, I appreciate feedback
